We are delighted to say that our second Paragraph 55 (former PPS7) house has been granted planning permission by Stratford-upon-Avon District Council. Our brief was to design a new dwelling of exceptionally high quality, whilst also achieving the highest sustainability standards through achieving Zero Carbon status through the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 6. In our opinion, the combination of aesthetic quality, a building highly related to its context and a truly sustainable zero carbon house are rarely seen, typically on element is sacrificed to achieve the others.
