Last week BPN Architects hosted a site visit for the artists who are taking part in the upcoming three exhibition programme, which has been programmed by Charlie Levine and managed by Platform E’s Kate Eagle and Amy Kirkham. After a short presentation/introduction to each other/the team we all got to explore the three storey building and build up ideas for the shows.
First up in October 2013 we will be showing the collages of Edward Wakefield – he may also treat us to a performance on launch night (3rd October 5-7pm – put it in your diaries!) and then in November 2013 we will be showing some incredible wax paintings by Jane Tudge including an interactive piece we want you all to get involved in when you visit, more details coming soon…
The onto 2014, we have lots to look forward to with a group exhibition including Will Kew, Frazer Price, Antonio Roberts and Daniel Salisbury and then solo shows by Sam Brookes, Stuart Layton and Karen McLean.
