This £16m residential development for award winning developer Court Collaboration will see the former Cadbury head office on Bournville Lane transformed to provide 79 one and two bedroomed apartments.

The Franklin - Franklin Way elevation

Originally built in the 1960s, each floor has high ceilings and its former use as an office has given us some interesting design opportunities. Large floor plans create a sense of openness in each apartment while maintaining spacious bedrooms with separate storage spaces.

We have aimed to incorporate some of the original features where possible, such as the 1950s balustrade which spans the wide staircase. The project is currently under construction
