Kajans Hospitality and Catering Studio College (KHCSC)

Kajans, with support from a range of partners have set up the Kajans Hospitality and Catering Studio College (KHCSC). The aim for the KHCSC was to provide opportunities for young people in the local and wider community to marry their academic, vocational with creative, logistical aptitude and passion for the hospitality and catering industries.

Listed former Broadway School in Aston. The purpose built school, opening in 1899 had been vacant for 2 years. The works have included the restoration of the historic fabric of the building to provide a suitable 21st Century learning environment. An extensive program of works were undertaken to repair the existing structure, modernise the heating and lighting systems and install new ICT systems to create ICT rich classrooms.
