Jewel Court

Jewel Court in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter comprises 77 one & two bed apartments with parking in the basement for 50+ cars. The development, for Birmingham-based Court Collaboration, is located on Legge Lane which is an interesting winding road situated on the edge of a bank that slopes steeply down to the South.  Legge Lane has suffered from a lack of investment in recent years but there are a number of regeneration schemes planned, Jewel Court being the first.

Formerly the site of a car park, the apartment scheme steps down the hill to take account of the steep topography. The structural system uses a prefabricated metal system by Fusion Building Solutions which allows for high levels of precision, a slim floor build up and a speedy assembly on site.
