After triple recognition at the RIBA West Midlands Regional Awards earlier this year, The Compound, home of developer Javelin Block has now been shortlisted for the Stephen Lawrence Prize.
Established in 1998 in memory of aspiring architect Stephen Lawrence, the prize rewards the best examples of projects with a construction budget of less than £1 million.
