Dartmouth Park Community Pavilion is pushing its way out of the ground. This public building will provide a much-needed base for visitors to Dartmouth Park in West Bromwich. Project Architect Gavin Orton captured this photograph during a site visit last week showing the steel frame which forms the core of the building.
